            Regulating valve


            The pressure difference between the front and back of the valve is certain. When the opening degree of the common valve changes in a large range, the flow rate does not change much. When the opening degree is certain, the flow rate changes sharply, that is, the adjustment performance is not good. Regulating valve can be in accordance with the signal direction and size, change the valve core stroke to change the number of resistance, so as to achieve the purpose of regulating flow valve. Regulating valve and automatic regulating valve, and manual or automatic regulating valve and many types, its regulating performance is different. Automatic control valve has self-operated flow control valve and self-operated differential pressure control valve.


            Check valve


            This type of valve is used to prevent backflow of media, using the fluid's own kinetic energy to open itself, when the reverse flow automatically closed. Standing at the outlet of the pump, the outlet of the trap and other places where the reverse flow of fluid is not allowed. Check valve can be divided into three types: swing type, lift type and sandwich type. For swing check valves, the flow can only flow from left to right, reverse flow automatically closed. For the lifting check valve, when the fluid flows from left to right, the valve core is lifted to form a path, and when the reverse flow, the valve core is pressed against the seat and closed. For the sandwich check valve, the valve core is opened to form a path when the fluid flows from left to right, and is closed when the valve core is pressed against the seat. The sandwich check valve can be installed multiple times, small in size, light in weight, and compact in structure.


            Turn off the valve


            This type of valve opens and closes. Standing in the cold, heat source inlet and outlet, equipment inlet and outlet, pipeline branch line (including riser), also can be used as drain valve and vent valve. The common shutoff valves are gate valves, globe valves, ball valves and butterfly valves.


            Gate valves can be divided into rising stem and dark stem, single and double gate, wedge and parallel gate. Gate valve closing tightness is not good, large diameter gate valve opening difficult; Small size of valve body along the direction of water flow, small flow resistance, gate valve nominal diameter span.


            According to the flow direction of medium, the globe valve can be divided into straight, right Angle and straight flow. The closing tightness of globe valve is better than gate valve, the valve body is long, the flow resistance is big, the maximum nominal diameter is DN200.


            The spool of the ball valve is a round ball with an open hole. The valve stem is fully open when the ball is opened to the axis of the pipeline, and fully closed when turning 90°. Ball valve has certain regulating performance, close more tightly.


            Butterfly valve spool for circular disc, it can be along the vertical axis shaft rotation. When the valve plate plane is in line with the pipe axis, it is fully open; When the gate plane is perpendicular to the pipe axis, it is completely closed. Butterfly valve body length, flow resistance is small, than gate valve and globe valve price.
